Terms and conditions


Your order will be delivered inside Denmark within 2-5 working days and worldwide within 7-14 days.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

We deliver with Post Danmark.

Delivery charges:

Delivery within Denmark is free of charge.

Worldwide: 150 DKK or free of charge if you purchase for more than 2000 DKK

By Nejsum will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
The risk of loss or damages will not pass to the customer until the goods have been delivered to the customer.



You have the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days.

The 14-days-period are effective immediately after the goods have been received.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging.

You can return the goods to the By Nejsum store in Copenhagen, or ship to the office with the same address:

By Nejsum will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of any error on the part of By Nejsum.

You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges to the creditcard used upon purchase unless other arrangement are specifically made between you and By Nejsum.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.



All prices stated on the online-shop are in DKK and inclusive 25% Danish VAT. Shipping costs are not included. For detailed shipping costs, look under delivery. Creditcard fees will never exceed the fixed once from the credit card suppliers.

We reserve the right to change prices effective immediately.

By Nejsum accepts the following credit cards:

Visa Electron
Mastercard Direct.

By Nejsum does not accept other methods of payment.

In case of delivery outside the EU, the customer is obliged to bare the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies may vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.



Payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order must be insured before your order can be accepted.

When your order is placed, the amount of the payment will be reserved on your account, thus insuring our payment. The payment will be withdrawn from your account when we ship your order.


Defect and complaints

You have a two-year guarantee on all products.

If it is a production fault you must bring it back with a receipt to the store, or send it to our office. If you wish to use your reclamation rights you must consult with us beforehand via email: Mail@bynejsum.dk or call: +45 51887790. This is necessary to determine whether your claim is covered by the guarantee.

If the breakage or damage is of your own fault, you can bring it to your local Jeweler for repair, or you can bring it to our workshop in Copenhagen. Almost everything can get fixed.

We do not accept repairs via mail, without consulting with us beforehand.
